I. Cleaning and Maintenance

The upholstery should be cleaned only on the surface using the permitted agents listed below:

Mild detergent, preferably a solution of natural soap

Clean using a sponge or a soft brush. Finally, wipe the cleaned area with a damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly (to remove any detergent residue).

Before using any product other than a mild detergent, test it on an inconspicuous area first. Carry out the cleaning very carefully.

II. General Guidelines

Use a sponge only.

 

Do not wash  

Do not bleach.

 

Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. (Or, Do not place on heated surfaces.)

 

Do not dry clean.

III. Warranty Conditions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Permanent discoloration resulting from contact with clothing containing active, migrating dyes (e.g., denim/jeans, suede, etc.).
  • Marks from pens, ink, markers, etc., containing active dyes.
  • Damage caused by high temperatures, corrosive liquids, or fire.
  • Mechanical damage caused by pets or other users.
  • Defects resulting from improper maintenance.
