Delivery and payment

• All products that you can find in our store are available on request. The delivery date is always on the product card.
• If you need to receive the goods faster, please contact the Customer Service Office to arrange a suitable date (contact: info@naluconcept.com, mobile: 790760764).

 Costs and terms of delivery

• For purchases over PLN 299, delivery in Poland is free.
• Shipping cost for orders below PLN 299:

Cash on delivery - PLN 17

• We work with the DPD courier company, so you can be sure that your order will arrive on time. When completing the order, select the "DPD delivery" option. Estimated delivery time of the package, i.e. 2 business days. After preparing your package, you will receive an email from us with information about the number of the consignment note. If you want to check where your order is, go to https://www.dpd.com/pl/pl/ and enter your shipment number. In case of any problems, please contact us!
• Do you prefer to pick up the package in person? We cordially invite you to our company headquarters, where you will receive your order. Simply select the appropriate delivery method when completing your "Pickup" order. When the order is ready for pickup, we will inform you by email. The pick-up option is free for all orders.
• Do you want us to ship your order abroad? Write to us and we will estimate the delivery costs and prepare the shipment (contact e-mail: info@naluconcept.com, mobile: 790 760 764).
