The use of rehabilitation cubes in various types of exercises and treatments has a positive effect on the alleviation of injuries and increases the chances of the patient returning to full physical fitness. They are used in physical rehabilitation, during corrective gymnastics and during traditional and sports massages. Their use has a positive effect, among others, on the relaxation of the tissue structures of muscles, ligaments, tendons and joint capsules, thus ensuring comfort and relaxation during the procedure.
