Warranty Conditions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Permanent discoloration resulting from contact with clothing containing active, migrating dyes (e.g., denim/jeans, suede, etc.).
  • Marks from pens, ink, markers, etc., containing active dyes.
  • Damage caused by high temperatures, corrosive liquids, or fire.
  • Mechanical damage caused by pets or other users.
  • Defects resulting from improper maintenance.
  • Polystyrene beads naturally wear over time depending on usage intensity. We recommend topping up the filling as required to maintain optimal comfort.
